Who has tried the "White Light" at home teeth whitening product?

I tried it before and it seemed to work but I was thinking about it and I was wondering if it was safe and what is the best teeth whitening product out there (Works within a week). Thanks!

If you want sensitive teeth for the rest of your life then use it.
