   I bought a kit at wal mart pharmacy called plus+white…It works great…It comes with a little blue rubber mouthpiece and you put the paste in it and leave on for a few minutes and rinse..I could tell the difference first time..

For instance, you are now able to get your hands on a set of Crest Whitestrips Supreme from any convenience store. The flexible, invisible strips are coated with an enamel-safe tooth bleaching gel. To whiten your teeth, you simply place the strips on your teeth and wear them for about 15 to 30 minutes each day. After a period of about 21 days, you should be able to see a significant difference on the brightness of your teeth.

   There's one I used called Celebrity Smile which I actually got basically for free from http://mycelebsmile.com/y/ and it worked really good! My teeth are tons whiter after using it and it doesn't hurt the enamel–it's actually the same strength stuff that dentists use in their office!
