Does the Go Smile teeth whitening system really work?

I want to whiten my teeth but can't afford to go and professionally do it. I have tried the Crest strips with not too much luck- basically because I can't keep up with it.

There are some useful tips here.

well. that kind of stuff doesn't really work. even though you can't really afford to go to the dentist, you should try to find a dentist. because you wouldn't want to use anything that might damage your teeth. or just do the classic thing: floss 2x a day, brush 2x a day, and use Listerine 2x a day. make sure you use a toothbrush with a soft bristle.

I had a sample of one of those "ampoules" when I ordered from Sephora, and they're such a mess. The demo of the product makes it look so easy but those little things are nearly impossible to squeeze and you can't even get all the fluid out. You could try it, I was considering it myself, but it's really expensive so if it doesn't work I'd be quite mad dropping $100. I use this Listerine pre-brush rinse and it's actually surprisingly good for only $8. Of course the results are gradual.
