What if somone buys a laser teeth whitening machin on eBay and thenrecognizes its not brand new and its?

Why on earth would you take such a chance with your teeth? something like that should be performed only by a professional! See your dentist and play it safe. You only have one set of teeth. Of course with false teeth I suppose you could own several sets, wow! wouldn't that impress your friends! Wizen up!
