its very simple the dentist gives you a type of gum sheild and you put the gel in it and wear it over night….thats it nothing to go wrong
The home kits are better results and your teeth stay whiter longer than the instant whitening at the dentist
It is also better for the teeth than the instant type administeed by the dentist

@ 1:24 in the before picture, the gums are much darker than in the after picture and in the after picture, there is no shine on the teeth (from the lights, like in the before pic). Looks like they just lightened the after picture in photoshop, then painted the teeth whiter (without painting in the shine)!
That system of theirs probably don’t work! If it did work, they would of showed real results!
