You can use Baking-Soda and Peroxide, it work well with me. When you brush your teeth with your regular tooth paste you can brush with them. Do this about 3 times a week all the time.
1. put them in two different cups
2. brush with the baking-soda don't rinse, then the peroxide
3. rinse your mouth out and repeat
It want have the best of taste but at least your teeth will whiten.
If you want you can use the Crest-Whitening Strip same ingredeance.
P.S. Don't forget to floss LOL(:)

I really like Crest White Strips. They're weird to get used to, but they work super well. I use them about once a year, and I always get compliments on how white my teeth are. Use the cheapest, oldest kind..they work just as well as the new kinds without the expense.
