   Crest white strips.My dentist recomended it to me.They work,I tried it and my Mom asked if I got my teeth bleached.Not sure about the peroxide.

   hydrogen peroxide IS a mouthwash. mix it with water though!

   A friend of mine swears by the Rembrandt whitening mouthwash, and her teeth are extremely white. I think they would glow next to a black light.
