Can anyone recommend an at-home teeth whitening system?

I find the idea of those tray thingys a bit scary!Plus don't really want to spend more than £30!

my grandmother used table salt…put small amount in palm…wet toothbrush and "dip" into salt…brush like normal

trays are the only thing that work! all the other stuff like stick on strips and stuff, just make your teeth streaky!

I use Crest Whitestrips Premium. They retail for about $40 CDN (19 pounds?). You won't get paper white teeth like the nerds in the commercial, but they do whiten quite a bit. I get compliments for months afterward (and you gotta use em at least once a year). Also, your teeth will become sensitive as you use them. The sensitivity fades, but using something like Sensodyne helps. They also make Sensodyne with whitener. I also use whitening dental floss every evening. GL!

Brushing teeth with Bicarbonate of Soda works really well for cleaning. If you are thinking about buying at home whitening kits then the best thing to do is to ask your dentist for advice because some kits can sensitise teeth.

Honestly, if Ur not willing to spend at least $30 for teeth whitening, ur taking the risk of ur teeth actually turning a shade of blue!! The best one I've used and love is the Rembrandt 3 day whitening kit. I love it so much I had my sister use it for her wedding and she had a beautiful smile. Do the research on whiteners on line before just trying anything though so u don't have blue teeth or burn ur gums!!

Listerine whitening pre-brush rinse has worked well for me. It might take a little longer than some of the other product, but if you use it as directed, you will see results

Go to BOOTS they've got a tooth whotening kit, don't know what it's called but can't be hard to find. It's under £30! I don't recommnd that you do use a tooth whitener though as i think it can take the enamel off your tooth off. There are other options, tooth whitening tooth paste, crest strips, there is also a stick with a brush @ the end which you paint on your teeth which is supposed to whiten them gradually. You don't want megga white teeth though you'll look silly! ;-)
