You can use Baking-Soda and Peroxide, it work well with me. When you brush your teeth with your regular tooth paste you can brush with them. Do this about 3 times a week all the time.

1. put them in two different cups
2. brush with the baking-soda don't rinse, then the peroxide
3. rinse your mouth out and repeat

It want have the best of taste but at least your teeth will whiten.
If you want you can use the Crest-Whitening Strip same ingredeance.

P.S. Don't forget to floss LOL(:)

Which over the counter teeth whitening system works best?

I don't want to speand a fortune, so the cheaper the better. But I do want good results in a short time.

What worked for you? Without going to the dentist?

I wouldn't have recommended the below one if I hadn't used it…You can take my word on it. It really really really works…

If you prefer using it please share your comments with me
But please remember going to dentist is always the best solution…

don't have much money to waste on things like crest white strips… ive read some home remedies online for whitening your teeth such as smushed strawberries and baking soda. Does anyone have any good remedies that they've tried and know work well?

baking soda, not strawberries
just dip wet toothbrush in it and scrub for like 2 mins.

thanks heaps

getting whiter teeth isn't as tricky as most people think. Information about getting whiter teeth is available everywhere.. You could try for.ex. baking soda if you want to try something most people have at their homes. You can read my story with getting whiter teeth below

I need some good, cheap, fast effective ways to whiten my teeth.
And with just using things laying around my house, thanks for looking :-)

As said, baking soda and hydrogen peroxide can work great, but there's also other and better (IMO) ways to get whiter teeth naturally.
